Hot & Steamy Book Events is an 18+ event. Many of the books, conversations, and vendor materials include mature themes, language, and content intended for adults.

• Be mindful of shared space and keep walkways and aisles clear, especially for readers with disabilities
• Avoid blocking author tables, entrances, or high-traffic areas

Absolutely. Hot & Steamy has a zero-tolerance policy for discrimination of any kind.

We do not tolerate behavior that targets individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.

Anyone violating this policy may be removed from the event without refund.

Hot & Steamy is committed to providing a harassment-free experience for everyone.

Harassment includes (but is not limited to):

• Unwanted physical contact
• Inappropriate comments or advances
• Intimidation, stalking, or disruptive behavior

If you experience or witness harassment, please report it immediately to event staff. Violators will be removed without refund.

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Hot & Steamy does not offer refunds or transfers for any reason unless the event itself is canceled.

No, but there is a Starbucks cafe in the hotel for your caffeine and snack needs.

Hot & Steamy is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unattended belongings. Please keep track of your personal items at all times — your tote may be full, but your vigilance should be fuller!

• Ask permission before photographing others
• Respect author and vendor boundaries
